Hi! I recently sold my dance studio and moved to a new city! I have a bachelors of Arts in Psychology, am a certified Arts Educator and have directed, taught and written curriculum for multiple arts and education based Summer Camps throughout Southern and Northern California. I am fascinated with body mechanics and love to co-grow with folks. I aim to foster a safe and nurturing environment within my friendships and relating to and empowering folks is my jam. I love hiking, dance, yoga and health related topics. I read mostly non-fiction books, spiritual/self help or auto biographies. If I am not reading, please remind me to start reading again. I start to get depressed when I don't have a book to dive into.
