Mutabazi M.

Mr. Mutabazi Moses Heads the Administration and Finance department in Eagle Research Center, an NGO in Rwanda. Mr. Moses graduated from the National University of Rwanda with a bachelor’s degree in International Economics, and currently has a master’s degree in International relations and Diplomacy, from Mount Kenya University. Mr. Moses has worked in the private sector, categorically with NGOs for the past 7 years mainly focusing on governance, leadership and administration. While directly employed by Eagle Research Center, Moses is currently affiliated to the HAPIN Project, an international project funded by the US- based NIH through Emory and Liverpool Universities, working in Rwanda, Peru, India and Guatemala.
