Hi everyone! My name is Stella! I am an INFJ personality which is the same as Mother Theresa! This means I have a big heart and a focus on existential reality. I see the deeper meaning and truth of life and all things. I am also very playful and silly. I love to laugh and enjoy the good in life(: I am not unfamiliar with hard times, I was abused as a child and have healed tremendously from that trauma. I can definitely recommend resources and practices to take back your life and start living the way you dream! I am intellectual and spiritual and I just LOVE people. I am an Master's degree holder of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I love to heal people. My passions are Vipassana (insight) meditation and Tai Qi (Chinese martial arts). The reason I love these practices is because they center my mind, concentrate my focus, and allow me to see things for what they actually are. Many of us believe the thoughts we think because they evoke emotional responses. We are actually hallucinating our own perspective of the world. I help people locate stuck energy in their body and release it which leads to a massive shift in perspective and freedom from negativity.
