I live in a village in Herefordshire, UK close to the border of Wales. I love walking and wild swimming in the rivers close to where I live and the sea. I've been working on an organic market garden, growing vegetables for a box scheme for the past few years. I love cooking and healthy eating. After being vegetarian for a number of years I've recently started eat meat again and enjoying discovering how to stay healthy. I'm interested in lots of different kinds of exercise swimming, walking, weights, calisthenics, yoga and badminton. I am interested in business, money and investing. I've explored crypto. I love creating my own reality and Law of Attraction. I enjoy being solution focused and seeing the best in life. I also love learning new things and meeting new people and sharing thoughts and ideas. I've trained in sound healing and I'm fascinated by working with sound frequencies to enhance people's wellbeing.
