I have been working in the BPO industry for 14 years and 8 years as a Team Manager. I attended numerous Leadership trainings and seminars to enhance my leadership skills and be effective with my role. I have worked with Amazon as a Team Manager for Digital & Devices that includes Alexa Support. During my free time I play the guitar, play computer games, watch movies and sports. I am also interested about ancient history and the history of the world and how it all began. I am also interested in stories about aliens and UFOs and how it affects our history and future.
