My name is Geoffrey Goodness, I love to write about my feelings and emotion but sometime I feel like writing is not enough and love to share it with friends who are well encouraging. I have once have the feeling of depression and anxiety and realised how it feel.Sometimes i pick up my guitar or my violin to play to awake me from such emotion but noticed it wasn't easy until i beckoned on a friend.
