Hi new friends, My name is Shawna. I am a 35 year old mother of two girls 16 & 7. I am also married to a man whom I love very much but it was not always a Happy marriage. I am a very caring and compassionate person. Hurting a persons feelings is truly bothersome to me but I have learned to stand up for myself because I am a freaking worrior and survivor!!! From the age of 2 all through adult hood the amount of trauma I have experienced would shock most. From extreme abuse and neglect, to being sexually abused, homeless, kidnapped by father from California to Oaklahoma all while witnessing him abuse my mother, my mother becoming a addict and a adult worker, having to deal with my mother passing away 2 weeks before I went into labor with my youngest at the age of 44, to struggling with my own substance issues (I became addicted to pain pills after a surgery in my 20s) realizing I need to make myself go into rehab, also dealing with domestic abuse mental and physical. There are MANY MANY more moments in my life that were extremely hard BUUUT... I made it.. I will never judge you and I will most likely be able to relate to you as well. I am a great friend. I really try to be a great person. I have always been the person my friends and even adults as a teen would lean on for advice or just a person to listen. So please don't hesitate to do the same..
