Per minuteHi My name is Arnaud Fortune. I am a 34 year old Chef with a passion for cooking over fire, from Argentinian style fire cooking to Texas bbq. I studied for 4 years in Culinary arts at Technical university Dublin specialising in classical french cookery under many chef mentors such as Roux scholar James Carberry.Since i finished my degree i have been working in many restaurants honing my skills mainly in fine dinning and particularly fire cooking. . The next event i will be cooking at is along side Rama Basillo (Argentinian fire chef) at the Big grill festival in Dublin. My other interests include the gym and travelling i look forward to sharing these interests and chat, learn and pass on any knowledge of the topics i love.
