Hello there! I am 34 years old, and I live in Dubai. I work in the Food & Beverage industry facilitating international brands to set up their business in the UAE. I am always looking to make new connections with people from all walks of life. I am of Indian origin, but I grew up in Dubai, so I am well versed with the expat life. As an expat, I was always told that everyone you meet is in transit. No one is ever in your life for longer than 5 years. That is the downside of being an expat in a fast-paced city like Dubai. I wish I were still friends with kids I grew up with or went to school with but unfortunately, I don't even know where more than half of those people are today. My experiences in life have thought me to be more open to all kinds of human connections, even if they are temporary. We have so much to offer! If the pandemic taught us anything, it is that we need each other more every day despite all the tech advancements in the world. No AI can replace human connection. I am a good listener; my friends call me Google because I can engage with people about almost every topic. I am an avid reader and I love to hear everyone's stories.
