Hakim A.

Hakim Awuok has over ten years of experience with nongovernmental and governmental organizations. He provided leadership and support for EmpowerKids-South Sudan's programs and implementation – working with youth to advance education service delivery and empowerment. Mr. Hakim provided technical oversight and support to Cabinet Liaison Officers and administrative, logistical, and technical support to the Governance Cluster and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of South Sudan. Mr. Hakim participated in primary and secondary data collection and key informant interviews. He supported the team in data management and tabulation in the GPE, South Sudan 2018 Summative Evaluation. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Lostboys Center for Leadership Development member, based in Arizona State, United States. Mr. Hakim Awuok holds a Master's in public policy, a postgraduate diploma in public administration, and a bachelor's degree in public administration. He participated in the world's prestigious international fellowship programs, such as Atlas Service Corps (USA, 2O13-2014) on nonprofit leadership and management, United Nations Institute for Training and Research (Japan, 2016) on project management, and the Acumen East Africa Fellows Program (2018 Cohort) on contemporary leadership and skills on how to change the world on how to tackle poverty and restore dignity. He is outgoing, dedicated, and open-minded. He gets along with diverse people and adjusts to changes with ease.
