I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, physical abuse and emotional/narcissistic abuse. After spending a year in bed I overcame a list of mental illnesses on my own. I went on to thrive and help others do the same. I began studying psychology and the effects of trauma on the brain then went on to become a life coach so I can help others heal quickly.
