Hi there! I'm Obed. Having a diverse experience in the professional world, I began my career in the BPO industry, where I started as a tier1 agent and worked my way up to becoming an operations supervisor/Team Lead and eventually Department Head. This role allowed me to develop crucial skills in training, leadership, and personal growth. After spending a significant amount of time in the BPO industry, I made a decision to transition to remote work. It has been approximately 8 years since I embraced the freelancing world, where I have taken on various roles such as a virtual assistant, admin assistant, and performed a multitude of other tasks. This transition has given me the opportunity to adapt to a dynamic work environment and further expand my skill set. Throughout my professional journey, I have consistently sought out new challenges and opportunities for growth. I am driven by a desire to continuously learn and improve, and I am eager to bring my diverse experiences and strong work ethic to new endeavors.
