I was born in Long Beach California and raised in Compton California. I have worked as a sales rep for two major corporations in my younger days. I have been a limo driver, security officer, personal fitness trainer, as well as a gym owner for over 30 years. I have been a boxer as well as a shoot wrestler and submission fighter. (long before it was as lucrative as it is now. lol. I was also a competitive bodybuilder and managed to win the ABCC Natural Mr. Southern California Bodybuilding Championship a very long time ago. I also Managed to win 2nd place in the Mr. Los Angeles Bodybuilding Championship Masters Division when I was 40 years old. I have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. I love to cook (mostly healthy) and I love to eat. I tend to like people as a matter of decision and practice and people almost always like me back.
