I love to talk. I hate that feeling like people do not have someone to talk with, I wish I could help everyone. I have extensively researched relationship dynamics and understand a variety of mental health health issues. I am a friendly non judgemental person who is a great listener and will give honest feedback to build trust. I suffer from Ulcerative Colitis and have been diagnosed with ADHD. I deeply connect with those who have "invisible illnesses" and the stigma that surrounds them. I am also a mom of 2, a teenager who suffers from OCD and my daughter (who is my neice). I left home at 15 due to abuse and my niece was placed in my care at 10 months old. It's been a wild ride, and anyone who has experienced childhood trauma or a kinship care situation may feel like they are alone, I certainly do sometimes.
