I have had so many experiences in my 36 years of life growing up in a small town in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana and now living in Houston, TX. I was taught how to fish, shoot, grow food, and care for animals and the land we lived on. My family maintained what we had with what vocations we obtained. I was shown politics and charity work early on through my dad's interests. Having respect for people around you and working, were values always shown and expected of me. I grew up playing teams sports and enjoying learning from people I had the privilege of meeting. I have learned people aren't always what they appear and there is a world of emotions and experiences behind every person. I've always wanted to meet every person in the world and see where I can help them and what can I learn from them. We always helped our neighbor if we agreed with them or not. That is something I will always keep close as I continue on my journey through this world. I have my struggles with progression through life. I try to remain positive, battle through the tough days to enjoy the happy moments because they are always around the hard turns. I enjoy volleyball, cooking with family, being part of an amazing relationship, raising crops in the city as best I can, being an influence to two little girls that bless my life more than I understand at the moment. I want to provide a different perspective, experienced suggestion, accountable friendship, and if needed I would enjoy being someone to figure life's tough times or nerve racking decisions with.
