Hello there! My name is Kathya but that can be hard for some to pronounce so I also go by Kathy. I’m a southern California native through and through! I’m also a mother and Spanish speaker! I have a variety of interest such as real estate, skin care/make up, manicures/pedicures, LOVE animals and fostering, cooking and cleaning, heck even politics! I can honestly talk to anyone about anything! My friends have always called me the “mom” of the group even before I had a kid, because I give the best advice, and they know I would never judge them. I’m always a shoulder to cry on for literally any aspect of life. I didn’t have the greatest upbringing but I worked through it and now I have a great sense of humor lol
