Hi! I am an inborn introvert type of person: shy, quiet, and overwhelmed by crowds. But because of my surroundings and training in a Christian Church, I've learned not just to socialize but to lead people. And my experiences in volunteer work led me to my 1st paying work as an Admin office in an NGO which helped me appreciate my personality, and the people I worked with, and improved my work habit. I am a drummer and can sing at an average level. ^_^ I used to teach drums to youth and kids. I am a very patient teacher because I did not have one when I was just started playing. I learn basics from some friends then I researched, explored, and practiced hard to excel. I am surrounded by gifted friends I am pressured but I started being patient with myself, I remember that every night before I sleep, I do hand practice in pillows to not disturb people sleeping beside me. It did pay off. That's why I always encourage other people who think they don't have talent in music to that it's possible to learn when you are committed, determined, and patient. I am a very good example of having no musicality in my body but excelling at a very difficult instrument. And it took me 7 years to sing in tune. My friends make fun of my singing, saying that the tune is going north and my voice is south. ^_^ I just laugh with them. I am not discouraged instead continue singing until I hold some tune. After years of now singing in tune, I realized a funny power I have whenever I sing, I invite rain. hahaha. I am very interested in photography and videography. I self-studied editing apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, and other video apps. I know the basics and still learning through Youtube "academy" ^_^ and exploring through on-hand practices in our printing services business. I am a graphic artist and FB content creator. My dream is to create my design and brand. Someday I believe I'll achieve this. I am a freelance On-the-Day Coordinator on events like weddings, debut, and birthday parties. Usually, I am the bride's assistant or the celebrant's assistant because I am an organized and detail-oriented person. Aside from music, photo & vids editing, my first passion is encoding or typing. I think it's the first skill I learned and am so proud of. I can type 63wpm with 100% accuracy. I hope to maximize this skill in working online. Now I am working on that. When I was a teenager, my friends sometimes called me autistic because they see me talking to plants or I talk alone. It's the habit of being an introvert, always observing the environment and talking to myself about what I realized. I talk alone too when I encourage myself when I feel down or pressured. People judged me but I am confident that I know myself. Myself is my first critic and encourager. I am secure in my faith and my positivity. I appreciate simple things, not materialistic but practical. Kinda thrifty in short. But when it comes to things I need in my passion I'm kinda particular, and I work for it. My favorite food is potato, I love anything with potato except mashed potato, I'm bothered by the smell of butter. I am energized when I eat salty food, but sleepy with sweets. I can cook but I prefer being a helper or just eating because I always lose appetite after I cook. I don't enjoy what I cook when others are happy eating what I prepared. My love language is an act of service, I love assisting and helping others. And I hope I can help here too. ^_^
