Hi, The name is Netha, I am 31 years old. I am the youngest of eight and probably the wisest (just kidding all jokes aside) I have two daughters ages 11 & a step daughter who’s 9. Yes, I was a young mother, but it forced me to grow up quicker. It was very challenging, but also rewarding. I grew up in a rough background, but as time went on I stopped allowing my past dictate my present and future. I took my life back, so now I control the steering wheel. I love cooking and baking. During the pandemic I taught myself how to bake, I became very good at it and turned that into a little side hustle. Unfortunately, I found out I am intolerant to wheat and dairy. It took a couple of years to find out what was wrong with my health. I had to change my life style. I am now dedicated to my health, fitness and mental well-being because I no longer want to live in chronic pain. I am also living a sober life which is by far the best decision I have made. Just like you I am on my own journey trying to figure out what works and doesn’t work for me. I’m still in the process about who I am and who I want to become. In this life you will constantly keep learning and growing, so be patient with yourself and your progress. Nourish what’s important to you and remove things that don’t serve your growth. Remember, we don’t change over night, but being consistent with yourself will. I hope we can chat more, I have many more stories to share.
