Hi! I'm a warm, friendly and fun person, and I love getting to know people! I'm an empath and a good listener (the one that friends always come to for a pick-me-up), and I genuinely care about the people I make connections with. I LOVE learning new things and I'm naturally curious, so I'm always interested to chat about your hobbies, interests, opinions and life. Some of my own interests include travel, literature, craft, psychology, mental health, wellbeing, TV shows, nature, cold water swimming, and more. I have been a creative freelancer my whole career, and have worked in the following fields, often to quite a high level, so would be happy to chat about any of these if you'd like, whether for fun or to help you in a similar career field: 1) Broadcast TV producer (documentaries, factual TV, for the big UK broadcasters) 2) Podcast editor 3) Social media manager 4) Event producer I also teach wellbeing techniques such as calming or energising breathing techniques, meditation and simple yoga, so if any of those interest you, I can always include them in our time together! I also have experience in providing care for people facing challenges and mental health difficulties, and as a mentor, am happy to support you however I can.
