Emmanuel is my name. I've worked in information and communication technology unit of the institute i work for eight years. With a bachelor's in library and information science, I've spent the last three years assisting my institute's expansion. fostering friendships and relationships (making friends is one of my hobbies and also to put smiles of the face of people I met). My personal and professional core values have contributed to my development into the person I am today.
