Hi my name is Caoimhe and I am very passionate about mental heath and all things wellbeing, I specifically am more passionate about women’s issues and sexual wellness. I’ve been told many times throughout my life that I am a very easy person to talk to and people find it very easy to open up to me. I would describe myself as being non-judgement and kind. I am very passionate about hearing people’s issues and helping out anyway I can whether that is to just sit and listen, share my opinion or offer advice. :)
