I am a 30-year-old support agent based in Nigeria. I graduated from the University of Port Harcourt with a degree in economics and have been working remotely at a tech startup for the past five years located in the US. In my current role, I provide proactive customer outreach, answer customers' questions and resolve their issues concerning our products and services. I am passionate about listening and interacting with people, with this, I can gain insights into different aspects of life, whether it's about work, relationships, or personal growth. Using technology to solve real-world problems no matter the location is particularly interesting in the intersection of technology and social impact. Outside of work, I enjoy practising yoga. I also sing and have been in a band with some of my coworkers for the past two years. I am known for my creativity, leadership skills, and ability to think outside the box.
