I'm a fun, loving, young at heart and mature soul. I enjoy nurturing others, being in nature and gardening. I have a great passion for holding space and listening to others while helping them navigate their feelings and release emotions. I love dance, funny movies, deep intellectual out of the box conversations. I am a certified doula and Prenatal patient navigator. In a world where we try to find places and people to fit or even trust can be overwhelming and emotional at times. I'm here to be the ear and the voice that bring clarity when needed, support, love and companionship that everyone needs even with just a listening ear and great conversation.
