As an international student studying in Italy, I have found myself immersed in a beautiful culture and language that I am eager to learn more about. However, I often find myself feeling isolated and disconnected from the people around me. As much as I appreciate the opportunity to study here, the language barrier can be frustrating and disheartening at times. I long to connect with locals and other international students, to share stories and experiences and to learn from each other. I hope to find opportunities to engage with others and to build meaningful relationships during my time here in Italy.
