Hi! I'm Joel, I was born in the United States but I am 100% mexican through and through, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary School buut I have always had a passion for teaching. I'm very lucky to have a small garage bakery and live off of it. I come from a big family of teachers and I'm of the mindset that the best way to learn any new skills is to be excited for them, so I like to encourage and inspire my students to find enjoyment in learning, rather than grinding day in and out in a negative fashion. My main hobbies are cooking, reading, playing videogames and I also love learning about the history of different countries. I hope we can get to talk soon so we can learn about each other's culture and also teach you a new language along the way, maybe we can even exchange recipes if you're into cooking, bye!
