My name is Isaac Abasi. I am from the southwestern part of Nigeria, West Africa. I was born on the day 21st March, 1981. I am chocolate in completion with the height 5.8ft. I am a man of integrity. I hold a bachelor degree in FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE from the one of the reputable University in Nigeria (FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, AKURE). *MY EXPERIENCE* I have experiences in difference area such as: I. Aquaculture and fisheries II. Wildlife and ecotourism III. Sales and marketing *My experiences as* fisheries and aquaculture were; I was the hatchery manager in a fish farm in Nigeria, I regularly produced 50,000 to 70,000 fingerlings in a week from Monday to Friday and they were all successful. *THE CHALLENGES* There were a lot of challenges facing the hatchery process here in Nigeria that slow down the production of fingerlings in Nigeria, the challenges are; (a). Epilepsy power supply. (b). inefficiency of fish feed production and others. When you want to have maximum result one has to put more effort to get a good result, I was able to tackled all these challenges. 2. I also have an experience in Wildlife and Ecotourism which I recorded a success in the process. I was also a park protector. I was able to secure the park against poachers. *THE CHALLENGES* Inadequate and unavailability of material like gun, bulletproof and other were the challenges. I was able to overcome them as well. 3. *SALESMAN* I was also a salesman for some year which I represented a company. During that time of representing my company, I moved the company forward from the profit margin where it was by 7.2% *MY PERSONAL SKILL* 1. Ability to communicate with customers 2. Ability to know customers want and need 3. Ability to listen to the customers and overcome their complains All these are what made me triumph as a sales man. In summary, I am very good at communicate with customers, 2. provide solutions 3. Make sure I help them to overcome their challenges. I am a man with good communication skills, transparent, accountabilities.
