What’s happening! I’m Paul! I’m originally from New Jersey, but live in Ohio. I have a Master’s degree in exercise science and have been coaching for a living for the last decade. I’ve worked in physical therapy clinics, as a personal trainer, sports trainer, and as a sports coach. I enjoy exercise, movies, and video games.
