I am a 41 year old retired Army veteran. I've spent the past 4 years on a spiritual healing journey where I've dug deep in to healing from the traumas I've endured through life. I've worked through, childhood traumas, traumas from war and relationship traumas. I did this all on my own and want to provide support for anyone that's struggling with their healing process. I've created a very positive mindset for myself, relying on my faith as guidance.
