I'm Sheela, a 36 year old heterosexual individual who is deeply passionate about counselling psychology and dedicated to helping others as a professional counsellor. In addition to being a committed counsellor, I am also a proud mother of two wonderful kids. Parenthood has added a new dimension to my life, enriching my understanding of human relationships and personal growth. Having experienced the challenges of divorce, I have developed a profound empathy for individuals navigating through similar situations. I provide a safe space for clients to explore their emotions, regain their self-confidence and embrace new beginnings. Outside of work, I enjoy pursuing my hobbies, which includes cooking, traveling, and savouring delicious meals from different cuisines. Exploring diverse flavours and experiencing different cultures through food bring joy and inspiration to my life.
