I am a woman in my 30s, a mother to many(biological and fostered) I am a counsellor and social worker by professional. I am a coach and mentor by calling. I did not know I had coaching and mentoring abilities until my good friends of 25 years(initial met at kindergarten), we are still friends and our teenagers kids are friends as well. They told me that I had potentials as they always come to me for advice in relation to relationship, parenting, money and careers. Since then I invested in coaching and mentoring courses which has been a blessing since I already have social worker and counselling qualifications. I would like to extend my services to everyone in needed of any friend to chat too. Outside my busy profession career I am a mom as stated above and I do enjoy spending time doing different activities with my children such as swimming, gymanastic(I am not good at this at all but I try). I enjoy my morning walk before anything else so I wake up 30 minutes before my children to ensure I get my steps in before children wake up. I love cooking and I involve my whole family in meals planning. I enjoy a tidy home therefore, I spend 20 to 30 minutes everyday to clean and tidy my home.
