Hi. I'm currently a visual artist living in Chicago, and volunteer with a mental health nonprofit. I majored in philosophy in college and pursued graduate work in the same field, but dropped out due to mental health issues. After being diagnosed with bipolar disorder type II, I spent the rest of my 20s getting back on my feet and rediscovering my passion for art. I read a ton of comic books (mostly Marvel) and have two cats. I'd love to have conversations about mental health, academia, art, comics, or anything else!
