Onah C.

Hello! I am Dr. Onah Celestine Chijioke, a lecturer in the Department of Public Administration, at the University of Nigeria Nsukka. I enjoy teaching, researching, talking to people, and discussing social, technological, educational, and health matters. Thus, the human relational approach to issues of life is a top priority to me, thereby spurning my interest to become a cyber friend to people.
