Previously, i work in an environment where we take calls from patients as a Telemedical Assistant, we connect to people by knowing their type of sickness, when did it started and find the earliest schedule available for a doctor's online consultation. What i enjoy most about connecting with people is that i can understand their position as a patient seeking for a consultation.
