I am an understanding and completely non-judgemental person, and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. In the past I have worked supporting people with mental health issues, drug and alcohol problems, and young people who are struggling to find their way in the world. I am the person that all of my friends and family come to for advice. I am confident that I can help you to understand your own thoughts and feelings and come to your own decisions about your next steps towards where you want to be. I am NOT a qualified counselling professional, I have real life experience with drug and alcohol addiction and mental health issues. Things I love: Travel, Animals, Kindness.
