Misty R.

I am currently studying to get my LCDC, and am well on my way to becoming a holistic wellness practitioner . I am passionate about mindfulness, self-improvement, and adventure! My hobbies include camping, hiking, and playing board games. I am a big foodie and obsessed with coffee. I also love teas and have trained as an herbalist. I have a 9-year-old daughter. I have been in the food industry for 10 years, but I am seeking a change of pace.
