I am a single mum whose zest and ❤️ for the mountains or the water is palpable. I grew up in Northwest Philippines where we have an abundance of mountain and Water. I permanently moved to Hong Kong in 1997 with my parents shortly before the handover & have lived in Hong Kong since . If I am not facilitating people’s learning, I can be found in the great outdoors training, exploring or racing!
