Make it more significant extroverted , always have this sitting to tell about new things and strategy. That will make it me more confident in how I communicate. But sometimes it's always have the tendency if I talk about any other subject that comes to everybody's mind, everybody had their different opinions.That's why I wanted to make it more interests to hear out than another person.
