I talk to anyone about difficult times they are going through. I've lived a lifetime of trauma, diagnosed with PTSD at 15. Traumatic and abusive childhood. Writing a book on grief. I've lost a parent, sibling, all grandparents, 2 aunts, uncle, & 3 children. I understand the hard side of life better than most but am grateful for each day. I'm positive, encouraging, non-judgemental, & open minded.
