I’m a creative, spiritually grounded person who prefers animals to people and finds peace in nature. I grew up sailing with my father for the first five years of my life, which is why the ocean feels like home. I use art, writing, and music as therapy, believe every lesson is a blessing, and see my purpose as service—supporting wellbeing, mental health, and the most vulnerable in society.
