I love spending time with my dog! She’s a German shepherd. We love hiking, water and sitting in silence in meditation. I ran several different business, sold them off and ended up losing my last one due to COVID. Went through some dark times last several years with depression and anxiety. Learned to let it all go and reprogram to live a happy life again. I enjoy helping people quiet their minds
