Hello, my name is Lou. I am 42 year old, non-binary, neurodivergent, Aquarius, Mexico-Canadian. I've lived my own share of trauma and, through family, friends, medicaments, therapy, luck, the Universe, and God, I have overcome great obstacles in my life. There have been times when even getting up from bed was difficult and now I am glad to be able to lend a hand or an ear for those who need it.
