My name is Rajat Kaushik, and I hold a Master's degree in Yoga. I do teach and practice yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation on daily basis as a freelancer and I am well matured person who can understand the emotions and without being tangled with the emotion of others can show the way to the problems. I do read books; mostly spiritual books and sometimes listen and watch movies.
