I’m a dad of 4 kids, a wanna-be musician, a media researcher and producer, and a nature lover. I have a PhD in media and have lived in 4 different countries (U.S., Australia, Sweden, Brazil). I love to hike, surf, rock climb, and play sports like beach tennis and basketball. I’ve written a book on media history, host a podcast on mental health, and know a lot about different cultures.
