Hello! I am a recent college graduate with a Master’s in Social Work (focus on trauma) and currently working as an RBT with children with Autism. Friends describe me as loyal, empathetic, kind, and a good listener. I am a cat mom of 2 and all around animal lover. I have a history of depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD as well as having been in a toxic relationship a few years ago which has kindled my passion for helping people and I can’t wait to meet you and support you in this part of your journey!
