Sometimes I think the older we get we seem to find it harder to make new friends. Spending so much time with ourselves is peaceful but otherwise very lonely. At times I wonder if this is what getting older is about— practicing to be alone—reverting into ourselves. When It’s actually just another phase of life many of us don’t have a clue how to make it work for us. A new beginning, a second chance maybe. I say we’re lucky, we’re still here, and able to do many things, some of us more so than others. We should have nothing to fear. Having coffee, going for walks, shopping, chatting—what’s the harm in that? ????????????????❤️????????
