I am a single mom of 2 sets of twins. one of my children is autistic and I also care for my autistic and nonverbal neice. I am an in home care giver for my mother as well. so I have tons of everyday life experience. I suffer from my own medical issues but despite the constant pain I'm in and the lack of oxygen causing me to pass out I still cook and clean and keep my family of 9 running smooth.
