I have been through hell and back but I am strong, I am resilient and I am still standing. In the last 11 years, I have had bouts of psychosis due to stress, my husband of 25 year had an affair with my best friend, and I lost my business of 30 years and essentially went from being a millionaire to being broke. I am a strong proponent of getting back on your feet, I am a very good listener and can empathize with just about anything, including grief. Recently I published my memoirs, called I Need A Smoke. I am also the mother of four amazing grown children and three grandchildren.
