My name is Jolanda, I am a 60 year old fit young lady that has traveled and worked abroad for most of my life. I suffered a heart attack through stress and heartaches of disloyal people at the age of 53, gained a lot of weight accordingly and ended up bitter, big and unhealthy. I've managed to get myself back up again and thriving now at 60. I love to support people with their struggles.
