I am a constant learner, by choice. I enjoy self improvement and psychology. My family has a long history of mental health and substance abuse struggles. With that being said I've learned a lot, and I know others have similar pasts. Our past doesn't determine who we are, thankfully. Providing an open and safe space to be yourself is important to me. I also love animals, especially dogs.
