Hi :) I was born in England and grew up in South Africa. I crossed the Atlantic with my husband in January on our sail boat and now live full time on our boat traveling with our pup pi. I am a qualified yoga instructor and believe in movement therapy and nutrition. I am an active adventurer who really enjoys hiking and free diving. I love animals and deep connections and of course sailing!
